Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, or high-volume sale seasons.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide.

Each courier follows its own delivery timelines and policies.

7. Incorrect Address / Unavailable Customer

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
