At Fancy Fable, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We offer return or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product

  • Major difference from description

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Color slightly different due to lighting/screen

  • Size differences of 1–2 inches (manual measurement variations)

2. Return/Exchange Timeframe

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • The item must be returned within 3 days after approval.

3. Condition of the Product

To be eligible for return/exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

  • Without perfume, stains, or damage

If the product is returned in used or damaged condition, it will not be accepted.

4. Proof Required

You must share clear unboxing video / pictures showing:

  • Full parcel opening

  • Product issue

  • Shipping label

Without an unboxing video, returns cannot be processed.

5. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • You must send the product back to us via courier.

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send your exchange item.

6. Return Refunds

  • We currently do not offer money refunds.

  • Only product exchange or store credit is provided (depending on the case).

7. Wrong / Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • Fancy Fable will cover the shipping cost

  • We will send a replacement after verification

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If a parcel is refused on delivery, the customer will be permanently marked for advance payment orders only.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Free gifts

  • Used items

  • Custom orders
